Do I need usage credits and what are they?

Usage credits only apply if you're using the LLM AI Charts or User Feedback Capture visuals. These two visuals connect to our services to work, so usage credits offset our cloud cost, which can vary depending on how much customers use them.

Can I try LLM AI Charts without buying or creating an account?

Yes - LLM AI Charts has a freemium trial mode that requires no account and no payment. Each freemium visual instance gets a per-instance usage budget. Once exhausted, you can start a fresh instance in another report or move to a paid license.

What is Bring-Your-Own (BYO) mode for LLM AI Charts?

BYO lets you configure the visual to use your own API key against your own provider account (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI). Prompts and outputs flow directly to your provider under your contract, and you pay your provider for tokens consumed; we charge a small flat per-request operating fee.

What happens when my license expires?

You revert to the same state as using the visuals for free, which means you'll start seeing watermarks outside of Power BI Desktop.

Can I extend my organizational license before it expires?

Yes. You can purchase a new organizational license at any time from the Buy page. A new key extends your existing license period - no days are lost by purchasing early.

Can I purchase using a purchase order (PO) instead of a credit card?
