At CodeX Enterprises LLC ("CodeX", "we", "us", "our") (doing business as "BI-Champ" and "bizintelligencechampions.com" and "Biz Intelligence Champions"), we appreciate your use of and contributions to our websites and products (collectively known as the "services", "service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This is our privacy policy as it relates to our Services (unless otherwise noted) and we will comply with it, as well as applicable U.S. privacy law, when we gather and use information from users of the Services. 1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION


Our Services collects various types of information such as:


  • Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, email address, etc. which may be used when you purchase products and/or services, or to control application behavior.
  • Some information you provide is transient for our use, such as credit card data which we do not store in our own systems.
  • Information automatically collected when visiting our website, which may include cookies, third party tracking technologies and server logs.
  • Information necessary for account management, audit and billing.
  • Information which you have explicitly chosen to share with us, such as when using the "User Feedback Capture by BI-Champ" Power BI Visual or "LLM AI Charts by BI-Champ" Power BI Visual.

Our Services only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by way of surveys, completed forms, emails, and visual configuration (for visuals which use our web-based Services). It is the intent of our Services to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested and additional uses specifically provided by our Services.


We may also gather information about the type of browser you are using, IP address, the type of operating system and similar technical information to assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality of service.


We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. 2. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED


CodeX may collect and may make use of personal information to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you from us or third parties. We may also use it to influence advertising within our services. CodeX may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.


CodeX does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, lease any customer lists and/or names and/or data collected from visuals to any third parties.


CodeX may deem it necessary to follow websites and/or pages that our users may frequent in an effort to gleam what types of services and/or products may be the most popular to customers or the general public.


CodeX may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort to:


  • Remain in conformance with any decrees, laws and/or statutes or in an effort to comply with any process which may be served upon CodeX and/or our website;

However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.


7. UNSUBSCRIBE OR OPT-OUT


CodeX may need to communicate with you as part of our obligations under Terms of Use for our Services. If you delete your account, you authorize your deferral to our decisions originating from our policies and Terms of Use as it relates to your accounts, and you may limit your own ability to use some or all of the Services. In addition, different Services allow you to customize what types of optional correspondence you can receive. For example, you can indicate what types of correspondence you are interested in, on your Account page. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.


8. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES


Our services do contain links to affiliate and other websites. CodeX does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our services.

CodeX shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user's personal information under our control.


We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications in an effort to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet and website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information. We use encryption and other security practices when storing sensitive data.


No electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we make no warranties as to the security of any information you submit on-line, which you do at your own risk. We encourage safe practices when using our services, including the use of strong passwords.


10. ACCOUNT COMPROMISE


We request that if you discover that your Account has been compromised, you notify us immediately at info@bizintelligencechampions.com. This is important to protect the privacy of others and help understand the scope of any breach.


11. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT


CodeX reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those changes to our website, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time CodeX decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email.


12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


Through the use of this service, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our sites. In addition, your continued use of this service following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you are in agreement and acceptance of such changes.
